Air Liquide is hiring a Bulk Tanker Driver in Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply customers by delivering ALC's liquid and gas products by tanker truck in accordance with ALC's guidelines and procedures.
  • Use appropriate equipment, comply with transportation laws and regulations, and promote ALC's safety and quality objectives.
  • Obtain route sheet and ensure it contains all necessary information; gather all documentation and equipment necessary for the route.
  • Inspect equipment before departure, record any anomalies which must be corrected in the inspection report and inform the maintenance coordinator and repairer.
  • Review the condition of the roads to be used and customer requirements.
  • Ensure that the truck is loaded in accordance with procedures and regulations.
  • Upon arrival at the delivery point, check the condition of the equipment and the customer's installation.
  • Record any anomalies observed on site and submit them to their supervisor at the end of the route or contact the repairer for any delivery non‑compliance.
  • Unload the product into the customer's tank according to established procedures.
  • Provide accurate delivery slips for all ALC products sold to customers to ensure accurate billing.
  • Collect all relevant information in the barcode system.
  • Ensure that all forms and records for which they are responsible are completed correctly.
Required Qualifications
  • Vocational diploma in Class 1 truck transportation.
  • At least 5 years experience as a Class 1 driver.
  • 1 year of experience driving a tanker truck.
  • Ability to obtain a FAST card and enter the United States.
  • Make safety a priority.
  • Very conscientious and attentive on the road.
