As a Location Safety Manager at First Student, you’ll play a critical role in operational oversight, guiding location trainers, and conducting thorough investigations into incidents. Your expertise will help provide training to drivers and attendants, instilling a culture of safety that reflects our commitment to customer service. You'll also manage driver hiring processes and analyze safety trends to support our mission of safe transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer driver hiring and compliance processes

• Guide and instruct location trainers

• Investigate accidents and determine fault/probability

• Prepare compliance forms and maintain safety files

• Conduct driver performance road checks

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of transportation or safety-related experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Must possess a working vehicle for travel
