In this role with Fed Ex, your main responsibility will be to deliver packages on specific routes, providing exceptional service. You'll review orders and handle loading/unloading tasks while adhering to safety guidelines. A valid Class 5 driver’s license is necessary, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of packages

• Review orders and prepare for customer delivery

• Load and unload delivery vehicle safely

• Provide excellent customer service during packages delivery

• Handle multiple tasks with good time management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is mandatory

• Must be bilingual (French and English) in Quebec

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

• Preferred experience in customer-oriented roles
