Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pick-ups and deliveries on a specified route
• Ensure compliance with Fed Ex service policies
• Provide outstanding customer service during interactions
• Track deliveries and maintain accurate records
• Utilize appropriate equipment for package handling
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• One year of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and manage up to 150 lbs
• Strong time management and communication skills
