This position requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving history, along with customer-oriented experience. You will manage package deliveries, conduct quality checks, and maintain excellent communication with customers on route. Your ability to multitask and perform under pressure will be crucial in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages efficiently along an assigned route
• Check for compliance with Fed Ex Canada service features
• Maintain excellent customer service during all interactions
• Follow safety and operational procedures
• Organize and manage delivery schedules and tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service
• Strength to lift 70 lbs and maneuver items up to 150 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays
