As a Ground Operations Trainer, you will lead the Hamilton Below the Wing training program, focusing on air carrier protocols. This leadership role requires organizing in-class, on-line, and hands-on training to ensure comprehensive understanding. Your keen knowledge of airline operations will help new and seasoned employees perform at their best while transitioning into the Ramp Coordinator responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the local ground training program
• Maintain accurate documentation and trainer matrixes
• Schedule and facilitate recurrent and initial training courses
• Participate in carrier train the trainer programs
• Provide coaching and job shadowing for best practices
Requirements:
• Proven training and leadership experience
• Must possess RAIC, AVOP, and a clean driver abstract
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights
• Strong communication and interpersonal attributes
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
