Your keen knowledge of airline operations will help new and seasoned employees perform at their best while transitioning into the Ramp Coordinator responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the local ground training program

• Maintain accurate documentation and trainer matrixes

• Schedule and facilitate recurrent and initial training courses

• Participate in carrier train the trainer programs

• Provide coaching and job shadowing for best practices

Requirements:

• Proven training and leadership experience

• Must possess RAIC, AVOP, and a clean driver abstract

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights

• Strong communication and interpersonal attributes

• Reliable, punctual, and organized
