In this interview position, you will provide prompt and courteous pick-up and delivery of packages. Fed Ex Canada looks for candidates who demonstrate strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages promptly on assigned routes
• Ensure packages conform to service specifications
• Interact with customers and provide assistance
• Keep accurate records of deliveries
• Flexibly manage work schedules including holidays
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Proven ability to lift and manage heavier packages
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations and Customs regulations an asset
Excel as part of Fed Ex Canada's dedicated team, driving customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.
