Join Aaron's as a Delivery Driver where quality customer service is at the heart of your role. You’ll drive, install, and educate customers about their purchases in this rewarding position.
At Aaron's, you will take on a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service within the lease-to-own retail sector. Responsibilities include securely staging and loading products, demonstrating their use, and supporting in-store operations. Interaction with customers is key as you work both indoors and outdoors, all while managing accurate records of your delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Securely stage and load products for delivery
• Install and demonstrate merchandise for customers
• Organize and clean merchandise in the store
• Keep accurate daily route records
• Assist in daily store operations
Requirements:
• At least 21 years old in the U.S.; 18 in Canada
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Flexible work hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Required to obtain DOT certification if necessary
