This Casual Courier position handles package pickup and delivery while representing Fed Ex professionally. You will inspect shipments, operate tracking systems, plan routes, and answer questions about Federal Express Canada services. The work also involves accurate paperwork, package security, and compliance with procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts
Load vans, plan routes, and secure customer property
Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems accurately
Answer customer questions about shipping services and requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or educational equivalent
Full valid Class G driver's license and good driving record
One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver heavier packages
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Use safe driving, accurate package handling, and customer service skills as a flexible Casual Courier with Fed Ex.
