Job Summary
This position is responsible for the picking, invoicing and delivery of orders to shipping for external customers. In addition, this position is responsible for put away of new inventory, performing cycle counts of existing inventory at regular intervals, and consolidation of warehouse space.
- Pick and invoice all sales orders using the mobile handheld
- Ensure delivery of requisitions and sales order to the appropriate parties in a timely fashion.
- Put Away new inventory in its designated area
- Cycle Count existing inventory at regular intervals as deemed by management
- Clean and organize the warehouse at regular intervals as deemed by management
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management.

Qualifications- Strong organizational skills are required
- General knowledge of Windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be a team player with focus on department growth and process improvement
- Must work well in a team environment with constant interaction among the staff
- Strong Computer proficiency

- Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work.
- Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard.
- Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and his/her performance level as measured against volume demand.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling

Employee Evaluation Summary- Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 90 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Monthly reviews – Employee will be given a brief written monthly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
- Annual Reviews – Monthly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is 8:00am – 5:00pm with lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, Monday through Friday. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional time as needed.
Work EnvironmentThe environment is a professional open office environment located in the production warehouse and shipping area. Dress attire is casual but professional closed-toe, hard-soled shoes must be worn. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed-toe shoes must be worn.
