• Replenishment of point‑of‑use inventory using kanban methodology
• Provide customer service at the stores wicket and complete inventory transactions
• Run daily reports, create manufacturing orders and produce order picking
• Support the service team by fulfilling material requests and replenishing service‑dedicated inventory
• Monitor and facilitate workflow and communication between production cells and other relevant departments
• Support inventory cycle counts
• Handle material and optimize inventory storage
• Conduct stock/process audits and investigate variances
• Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Demonstrated knowledge of MRP
• Experience with a perpetual computerized inventory management system
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and investigative ability
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
• Physical ability to stand prolonged periods, occasionally climb small ladders, and lift up to 15 kg
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of controlled‑goods management for ITAR‑controlled materials is an asset
• Commitment to continuous improvement and change

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post‑secondary / associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience

In Ontario, Canada, the pay range for this position is $24/hr – $32/hr
