The Order Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for ensuring our customers’ online orders are picked accurately, packed carefully and ready for shipment on time each day. Working out of our Hamilton brewery, this role will manage the daily flow of orders through our shipping platform, prepare packages for courier pickup and ensure every order meets Collective Arts’ delivery / packaging standards.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable and comfortable working independently in a hands‑on environment. You can follow an established process without needing constant direction and will take ownership of solving or escalating issues when they arise. Please note additional support will be scheduled during peak periods, including the holiday season.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm

A typical day as an Order Fulfillment Team Member
  • Review and organize the day’s online orders.
  • Pick products from warehouse and retail inventory.
  • Carefully pack beer, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, merchandise and apparel.
  • Verify each order before sealing and shipping it.
  • Process shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup.
  • Communicate any inventory, packaging or shipping issues to the appropriate team.
  • Monitor boxes, labels and other packing supplies.
  • Keep the fulfillment area clean and organized.
  • Support occasional product movement or restocking as needed.
How your time will be organized

Order Fulfillment (70%)
  • Pick, pack and process daily online direct to consumer orders following presentation/delivery standards
  • Ensure shipments are labelled, organized and ready for scheduled courier pickup.
  • Support larger-volume orders, including Beer Club shipments and seasonal promotions.
Inventory and Fulfillment Supplies (15%)
  • Monitor and organize boxes, labels, packing materials and other fulfillment supplies.
  • Communicate low-stock, out-of-stock or damaged products to the appropriate teams.
  • Support occasional product movement and restocking when required.
Team Communication and Process Improvement (15%)
  • Work collaboratively with the E-Commerce, Retail, Warehouse, Production and Customer Relations teams.
  • Communicate and elevate issues that may delay or prevent order fulfillment.
  • Suggest improvements that increase fulfillment accuracy, efficiency or cost-effectiveness.
What You Have & Bring
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse fulfillment, shipping or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a consistent workflow with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • General computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with Shopify, Ship Station or another e-commerce or shipping platform is an asset.
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • A dependable, hands‑on approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • Comfort spending most of the shift standing, walking, lifting and packing.
  • The ability to regularly lift and move packages and cases weighing approximately 25-50 lbs.
