Join Alamos Gold as a Warehouse Lead Hand in Dubreuilville, Ontario, overseeing materials management in one of Canada’s premier mining districts. This key role focuses on inventory efficiency and workforce coordination.

You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Warehouse Technicians and Runners, ensuring that material issuance aligns with operational needs.

Your role includes overseeing inventory counts, shipping, and receiving while driving improvements to existing processes within the warehouse. Support Alamos Gold’s mission as you enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate warehouse operations for material flow

• Manage reservations and report on shortages

• Keep accurate records of spare parts in SAP

• Help unload delivery trucks and receive goods

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• High school degree with relevant post-secondary training

• 3-5 years in a warehouse environment

• Valid TDG Certificate and expertise in warehouse procedures

• Ability to operate forklifts or related equipment

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
