Become a Distribution Associate I in Waterdown, ON, and help support our warehouse and distribution processes. Focus on the accurate handling of goods and inventory control while following established procedures.

As part of our distribution team, you'll ensure effective operations by receiving, sorting, and packing products according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing essential documentation for shipments. This role is vital for keeping our warehouse organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming goods against packing slips and invoices

• Pack and ship products accurately and promptly

• Conduct cycle counts to support accuracy

• Document all products received and shipped

• Communicate discrepancies to Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Secondary School diploma or equivalent is essential

• Must lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs as needed

• Ability to stand and walk for long durations
