I’m Luca, Chief Financial Officer here at DFYNE. I’m looking for someone who is going to join the senior finance leadership team and take ownership of the accounting, control and treasury agenda across the business.

You’ll lead accounting, treasury and finance operations, providing confidence in the numbers, strengthening controls, improving processes and supporting key business decisions. Working across the wider business, you’ll help build a scalable, high‑performing finance function fit for DFYNE‘s next stage of growth.

• Financial Accounting & Reporting:
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the general ledger, chart of accounts and overall financial reporting framework.
• Ensure accurate accounting across revenue, inventory, cost of sales, margins, payroll, fixed assets, leases and international operations.
• Produce and review monthly management accounts, balance sheets, cash flow reports
• Maintain strong balance sheet controls and reconciliations
• Develop and enhance accounting policies, processes and controls to support business growth.
• Partner with FP&A to ensure reporting, forecasting and financial data remain accurate, aligned and trusted
• Treasury, Cash & Liquidity:
• Own cash flow, liquidity planning and treasury operations, ensuring effective management of working capital and funding requirements.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, providing visibility of cash position, risks and future funding needs.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury controls, account structures and payment approvals.
