We're working with a well-established lift services company based in Lanarkshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Service Coordinator to support and manage their PPM and reactive maintenance operations.

This role would suit someone who has previously worked in a service coordination or service administration role within a lift company, particularly with experience supporting lift engineers and managing planned and reactive works.

As Senior Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of lift maintenance services, supporting engineers and clients across a busy portfolio.

• Coordinating PPM and reactive lift maintenance works
• Scheduling lift engineers and managing daily workloads
• Acting as a main point of contact for clients and engineers
• Logging and prioritising reactive call-outs and breakdowns
• Ensuring service visits are completed within agreed timescales
• Updating job records, systems and compliance documentation
• Supporting service delivery and performance reporting
• Escalating issues and supporting resolution where required

• Previous experience in a service coordination role within a lift company (essential)
• Strong understanding of PPM and reactive lift maintenance
• Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable liaising with engineers, clients and internal teams
• Proficient with service management systems and Microsoft Office

• Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
