Location: Hamilton and East Kilbride Business Units
Hours: 35 hours per week, fixed term for 3-6 months
Salary: £25,183 per year
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support our Housing Repairs team during the implementation of a new housing repairs management system.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately input data from handwritten job tickets, timesheets, and stores issue lines into our new housing repairs system.
- Verify and check information for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Maintain electronic records and ensure data is entered within agreed timescales.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information.
- Support the wider administration team with general clerical duties as required.
- Handle confidential information in line with organisational policies.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to interpret handwritten documents accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with in housing, repairs, construction, or maintenance environments would be advantageous but not essential.
Flexible working is available in agreement with your line manager.
Interviews for this post will be conducted via Microsoft Teams from Wednesday 2nd to Friday 4th September.
