The RoleTo provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager.
In this key role, you will:- General reception duties.
- Switchboard.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Photocopying
- Faxing.
- Filing.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in an Administrative and Clerical role.
- Educated to Higher Grade level.
- Ability to supervise staff.
- Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
