Monday - Thursday, 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm Salary: £29,326 - £31,625 per year
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join the Housing Investment Team within Property Services.
You will provide a range of administrative support activities that help deliver the Council's domestic energy efficiency, affordable warmth and decarbonisation programmes. This will include processing and monitoring applications, maintaining programme records, liaising with contractors and delivery partners, preparing documentation and supporting audit and reporting activities.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, experience of administrative support work and confidence in using Microsoft Office applications and business systems. You will be able to manage competing priorities, work accurately with data and documentation, and build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
