Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: OTE up to £43,320 (Uncapped); basic £36,000‑£40,000 plus £3,000 productivity bonus and time‑saved bonus scheme.

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus one Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm every third week.

• Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology.
• Conduct vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests.
• Perform authorised repairs and warranty work per manufacturer guidelines.
• Take customers' vehicles on road tests to confirm faults are resolved.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.

• Prior experience as a mechanic or vehicle technician.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Desirable: experience with specific automotive brands (training provided if not).
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and committed to working to the highest standards.
