Training & Competence Administrator

Location: Blantyre, Glasgow

Compensation: £30,245 + Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer all training and assessment activities, including scheduling and learner communications.
  • Maintain accurate records across systems such as IFS, CMS, and Sentinel.
  • Process applications, licences, certificates, and customer requests.
  • Manage travel, accommodation, purchase orders, invoicing, and general office administration.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure smooth delivery of training events.
Work Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:15 (30‑minute break)
  • Friday: 08:30 – 15:00 (30‑minute break)

Initially office‑based during training, then a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days from home.

Essential Experience
  • Experience in a Training Administration role.
  • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy, including MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in an office environment.
  • Background in customer service.
