Client Growth Manager
Location:
Remote (UK-based with bi-monthly in-person meet-ups)
We are seeking an exceptional Client Growth Manager to join our client. In this role, you will take on a critical responsibility: building strong relationships with both new and existing enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success. You will help us grow our client base in the UK while shaping the future of our product and sales strategy.

As a Client Growth Manager, you'll:
- Grow business with B2B clients by building partnerships and closing deals Articulate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders across organizations
- Handle objections confidently, addressing concerns with compelling evidence and expertise Demonstrate excellence in relationship building and deal closure, with proven experience in successfully onboarding enterprise clients
- Quickly learn complex topics and apply knowledge to enhance client conversations
- Help create scalable processes by working closely with founders to develop a robust sales function Bring energy and determination to build new business while maintaining lasting client relationships and building exceptional rapport
- Care deeply about client success, ensuring long-term partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes
- Use a structured sales process, ensuring leads are qualified, categorized, and expectations are managed

- You're comfortable interacting with people from all levels, from C-suite executives to junior colleagues
