This client is expanding and are looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to support key projects across their sites in the North West, Nottingham and Scotland.

What You’ll Be Doing- Work with the Project Manager and Construction Team to implement the Integrated Management System.
- Ensure each site is set up with a robust Site-Specific Construction EHS Plan.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for High-Risk Activities (HRA's) and ensure effective controls on site.
- Assist in developing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and SOPs.
- Deliver training and communicate safety processes to site personnel.
- Promote "The Correct Way" and its integration with our health and safety culture.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- A relevant Health & Safety qualification.
- Experience working in an Environmental Health & Safety role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
- A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working in a high-performing team.
- Experience in Energy, Power & Renewables (desirable but not essential).
