Quantity Surveyor – Facades & Cost Control

Hamiltonfirst is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management across facade projects, including EWI, recladding, refurbishment, and new builds. The role involves preparing valuations, monitoring budgets, managing subcontractor payments, and undertaking cost analyses. Ideal candidates should have QS experience, knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, and strong cost reporting skills. A proactive attitude, detail orientation, and excellent communication are essential for success.

The position is based in Dartford with travel across London and the South East.
