We’re looking for a creative, curious, and digitally native Motion and AI Video Content Creator who wants to push boundaries, experiment with formats, and help us stand out in a crowded B2B space.
This role goes beyond editing. We want someone who can ideate, create, experiment, and ship using animation, video, podcasts, and viral AI-driven concepts to elevate our campaigns and brand.

You’ll play a key role in helping us:
- Bring campaigns to life with animation, video, and bold storytelling
- Create and experiment with viral, AI-driven video concepts
- Elevate our social, website, and campaign visuals
- Proactively ideate viral, AI-led video concepts that help our campaigns stand out
- Translate campaign ideas, product messaging, and reports into bold, visual stories
- Bring fresh thinking to how B2B content should look and feel
- Conceptualise, produce, edit, and publish video content end to end
- Create short-form and long-form video including:
- Social-first videos (Linked In, You Tube, paid campaigns)
- Vlogs, customer stories, recruitment videos
- Product explainers and campaign visuals
- Animate static assets into engaging motion content
- Adapt videos for multiple formats, platforms, and audiences
- Build AI-powered video content using tools such as:
- Synthesia, Hey Gen, Runway, Veo, Pika, Midjourney (or similar)
- Experiment with:
- AI avatars
- Motion prompts
- Fast-turnaround campaign testing
- Continuously explore new AI tools, trends, and creative workflows
- Design and create content for digital channels, including:
- Paid ads
- Organic social posts
- Customer stories and campaign assets
- Ensure visual consistency while keeping content fresh and experimental
- Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro) – primary editing tool
- Adobe After Effects – motion design, animated titles, transitions
- Audio editing basics (Adobe Audition, Premiere audio tools, or similar)
- Understanding of video formats, compression, aspect ratios, and platform requirements
- Adobe Photoshop – image editing, compositing, asset preparation
- Adobe Illustrator – vector assets, icons, simple illustrations
- Figma – reading and adapting designs, creating simple layouts
- Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals

- Spacing, typography, accessibility
- How content behaves across web, landing pages, and ads
- AI video platforms such as:
Hey Gen
, Runway
, Veo3, Midjourney or equivalent - Basic audio recording and editing knowledge. Understanding of microphone setup, sound quality, and post-production
