CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR - UDDINGSTON
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Uddingston.
This is a temporary contract with an ASAP start, offering £13.09 per hour, Monday to Friday working and 40 hours per week within a busy transport and logistics environment.
£13.09 PER HOUR | MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 08:00 TO 17:00 | 40 HOURS PER WEEK | ASAP START
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Customer Care Advisor, Administrator, Transport Administrator, Customer Service Coordinator or Operations Administrator.

- Managing customer and depot enquiries
- Processing pricing agreements and amendments
- Investigating pricing and operational discrepancies
- Reviewing and actioning depot jobs
- Liaising with Sales, Operations and Accounts teams
- Processing daily jobs and pricing from agreed rate cards
- Updating fuel surcharge information
- Managing shared mailboxes within agreed timescales
- Preparing customer reports
- Recording accurate customer notes and maintaining digital records
- Supporting the wider Customer Experience team with administration and reporting
- Previous administration, customer service or operational support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numerical and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous transport or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
