James Ray Recruitment are working with a Primary School in Liverpool situated in the heart of the local community in Garston.

The school are seeking to appoint a passionate teacher preferably with experience of working with KS1 for support in their Year 1 class. The successful candidate is to have a real commitment to ensure every child achieves their potential. Newly qualified and experienced teachers are equally encouraged to apply!

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Demonstrates a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences
• Plans and delivers engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum, meeting the needs of all learners
• Believes every child can succeed and fosters a love of learning through inclusive and enjoyable classroom experiences
• Builds strong, respectful relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
• Has a clear understanding of effective behaviour management strategies and applies them consistently and positively
• Holds high expectations for themselves and others, promoting a culture of excellence and achievement
• Is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, in line with statutory guidance and school policies
