Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self‑motivated person to join our thriving SEND department. Previous experience of delivering interventions would be desirable. A Levels desirable. This is a part-time Teaching Assistant role for 25 hours per week during term time. You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team, under the leadership and supervision of the SENDCo and teacher/senior staff.

• Support the teacher in ensuring all students/groups of students are able to access the planned curriculum.
• Assist students with their language, literacy, numeracy, motor skills or behavioural programme as appropriate.
• Evaluate students’ learning and provide feedback to the class teacher.
