Full Time / Term Time Only We are recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Key Stage 2 primary school in Bath. This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils and helping them achieve their full potential. The school offers a nurturing and inclusive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, resilience and a love of learning.

The Role Teaching Assistant As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in Year 3

Year 6 classrooms Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities Provide small group and one-to-one support where required Help pupils develop confidence in reading, writing and numeracy Support classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Assist with preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant who enjoys working closely with children and making a positive difference in their education.

The Ideal Candidate Teaching Assistant The successful Teaching Assistant will:
Have experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable) Be passionate about supporting pupils learning and development Have strong communication and teamwork skills Be patient, nurturing and enthusiastic Be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant are desirable but not essential.
