South Lanarkshire Council in Hamilton is seeking an Engineering Officer to lead the development and delivery of traffic and transportation projects, including traffic engineering, funding bids, active travel, road safety and bus infrastructure schemes.
You will demonstrate strong knowledge of legislation and guidance (e.g. TSRGD, Traffic Signs Manual) and apply it to schemes while managing budgets and procurement with autonomy within a multidisciplinary team.
