Who You Will Work With

Our client is global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.

• Lead a team of Par loan closers managing a high-volume portfolio of LMA secondary loan trades from trade date through settlement.
• Oversee end-to-end trade processing and flag out-of-scope requirements.
• Ensure strong risk control, accountability, and thorough issue analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; clearly communicate trade risks to Sales & Trading.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen bench talent.
• Advanced understanding of LMA Par trade documents, Trade Confirmations, Transfer Certificates, Sub-participation agreements, Multi-lateral netting agreements, Pricing Letters Clearpar, amendment and waivers processes.
• Monitor and affirm trades; coordinate with counter parties, agent banks, legal teams, and Operations to ensure smooth settlement.
• Resolve risk and P&L breaks with Sales/Trading and Trade Support.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Understand loan trading risks and system impacts (e.g., Loan IQ) across the trade life cycle.

• High attention to detail with clear ownership and accountability.
