• Corporate Finance & Transaction Services – M&A, valuation, due diligence, and structuring
• Fintech & Innovation Advisory – Embedded finance, crypto, payments, and regulatory tech
• Private Client & Family Office Services – Succession, tax, governance, and portfolio support
• Financial Planning & Risk Management – Pensions, protection, estate planning, insurance

• Is now ready to launch and scale their own business with an equity partner
• Brings a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to building a high-integrity firm
• Ideally has led or helped grow a practice, book of business, or team in previous roles
