Credit Controller (Hybrid) Cambridge £30,000-£35,000 Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking to join a growing and supportive business? Our client is seeking a proactive individual to become part of their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller who enjoys building strong customer relationships, managing accounts effectively, and contributing to the success of a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Financial Controller you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You will take ownership of credit control activities while providing wider support across the finance function to ensure processes run efficiently and records remain accurate.

Key Responsibilities Managing credit control activities, including chasing outstanding invoices and resolving payment queries Developing positive relationships with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices Raising and processing customer invoices and payments Processing employee expense claims Maintaining accurate financial records and updating internal systems Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks About You We're looking for someone who has previous experience in a Credit Controller or similar finance role, ideally within a business where they've gained exposure across multiple areas of the accounts function.

Skills & Experience Previous experience in credit control and accounts administration Experience using accounting Systems and ERPs Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident user of Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated with a positive, flexible approach to work Enjoys working as part of a close-knit and collaborative team What's on Offer?
