35 hours per week, Fixed term until December 2026. Work Pattern:
Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4:15pm.

£32,337 - £33,231 per year.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Hamilton Housing Team within Housing Services. As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers. You should have experience working within a housing related environment and have an understanding of current issues and legislation in relation to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and dealing with anti-social behaviour.

Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively and respond and adapt to changing priorities in delivering a quality service. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
