Blargoans Ltd. in Caithness seeks an Assistant Operations Manager on a temporary basis until October 2027. The role supports the Deputy Authorised To Operate (ATO) duties and contributes to safe, secure and efficient operation of a licensed nuclear facility.
You will work with senior managers, project teams and regulators to balance safety, performance and delivery, while developing staff and ensuring governance, assurance and emergency readiness in a highly regulated environment.
