You’ll be a key part of our clinical team trusted, respected and valued by residents, families and colleagues alike. You’ll support each resident’s health and wellbeing through careful observation, safe medication management and clear communication. You’ll lead by example, guide your care team, make sound clinical decisions and always place dignity and independence at the heart of your care.

You’ll be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Experience in a care home is a plus but not essential. You’ll be kind, calm under pressure, focused on delivering care that truly makes a difference. You’ll listen carefully, speak honesty up with compassion every single day.
