Overview
The post holder will contribute to the development of the Lanarkshire Healthy Lifestyle & Weight Management Service, managing the A&C team on a day‑to‑day basis and providing a vital link between the support team and the clinical, health improvement & community teams within the service. The role also co‑ordinates the use of patient management and data collection systems and supports the Management Team in delivering strategy and managing non‑clinical services.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management of administrative and clerical staff.
- Co‑ordinate patient management and data collection systems.
- Support the Management Team with operational services.
- Implement strategy and manage non‑clinical services.
- Degree in Administration, Information Management, Public Services Management or equivalent.
- Experience of staff management.
- Excellent / advanced IT skills.
- Numeracy skills.
- Budgetary experience.
- Competent knowledge of NHS Policies & Procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility, initiative and ability to make decisions in a pressurised environment.
- Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence required.
- Fixed Term (22 months)
- Full time – 37 hours per week
