The Role
We are seeking an organised and motivated Workforce Administrator to join the eRostering Project Team within NHS Lanarkshire. As a core member of the project team, you will provide administrative and system support, maintain accurate data, assist with project coordination, and respond to queries from staff and managers. You will work closely with colleagues across Workforce Systems, clinical and non clinical services, and national programme stakeholders.
This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and confidence working with digital systems in a fast paced project environment.

Whatwe’ll need you to bring
- Post holder should possess an SVQIII in an administrative subject or be working towards this or have an equivalent level of qualification Or Have demonstrable experience working in an administrative/project assistant or HR role.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to the ever changing needs of the service.
- Interpersonal and Influencing Skills
- Excellent keyboard skills and computer skills across a range of software packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, time management and Multi-Tasking skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have- Previous NHS experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft excel

Please note this is a fixed term post until 31/03/2027. Where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.
Location and Working PatternThis role will be based in HR Workforce Development Department within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters.
The working pattern for this role Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
