Business Analyst

We are seeking a resilient and delivery-focused Business Analyst with strong ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) expertise and comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role requires a domain-driven, non-technical functional consultant who can effectively bridge business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring structured requirement management and successful solution delivery.

• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation activities across ADM initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and business process walkthroughs.
• Perform detailed impact analysis and gap analysis to support change initiatives and system enhancements.
• Develop high-quality functional artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Map business processes and use cases to system capabilities and solution designs.
• Analyze business cases and assess feasibility, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as the liaison between Lines of Business (LOB), development teams, and external vendors.
• Support solution validation, UAT coordination, and defect triage discussions.
• Ensure alignment with SDLC governance, change management, and documentation standards.

• Strong experience in ADM engagements and full SDLC lifecycle exposure (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models).
• Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and traceability management.
• Strong impact analysis and gap analysis capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong business process mapping and use case modelling experience.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to articulate complex business requirements clearly and concisely to technical teams.
• Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams and vendors.
