The University of Cambridge is seeking a proactive Systems Technician to join the IT Services Server team in their state-of-the-art Ray Dolby Centre. This on-site role involves first-line troubleshooting of server issues, network support, and system administration.
Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of on-premise and cloud-based servers and a commitment to excellent customer service. By contributing to a professional and Agile-based team, you will play a vital role in supporting both IT Services customers in Physics and across the collegiate University.
