The RoleThe primary role of the IT Systems Analyst is to ensure that the Company’s IT systems are functioning as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to business users for all IT systems, hardware and software.
- Interface with outsourced IT service support provider.
- Support management of outsourced IT service support provider, ensuring all service tickets resolved within a timely manner and within contractual agreements.
- Front-line business support for the Company’s ERP system (Unity).
- Work closely with business users to maximise the functionality of Unity and make business processes as efficient as possible.
- Support in defining business requirements and documenting processes.
- Report writing (Unity & Qlik View).
- Supporting and actively promoting brand integrity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by ensuring there is engagement and communication between teams, customers and suppliers that continually drives improvement.
- Undertaking tasks as directed by the Directors and/or Senior Managers.
- Ability to use initiative, take ownership and solve problems.
- Team player, able to work collaboratively with and assertively influence operational stakeholders.
- Flexible and able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, continually changing environment.

- ERP systems
- Preferred - EDI set up & maintenance
- Preferred - AQL/ SQL experience – Preferred
- Qlik View reporting & administration (or other BI tool) - Preferred
- Hours of work will be from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
