Position: IT - BI / Data Integration Partner

We have an exciting opportunity for a BI & Data Integrations Partner to join our IT team within Finsbury Food Group.

Finsbury Food Group is one of the UK's leading speciality bakery manufacturers. We continually raise quality, innovation, and operational standards while building long-term, trusted relationships across retail, food service, and brand partnerships. Our portfolio spans a wide range of bakery categories—from market-leading retailer own-brand products to beloved licensed and branded ranges—produced across our nationwide network of bakeries.

As our business continues to grow, data is becoming increasingly central to how we operate and make decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Business Intelligence across the Group by delivering meaningful reporting, improving data quality, and helping colleagues make informed decisions through trusted data.

To be successful in this role, you'll combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll develop and support Microsoft Power BI reporting solutions, build robust SQL-based data integrations, and help maintain the integrity of our master data across multiple business systems. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Technical and other business functions, you'll ensure our reporting and data solutions continue to evolve alongside the needs of the business.

This

is what you'll actually do!

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality Business Intelligence solutions that enable colleagues across Finsbury Food Group to make better, data-driven decisions. You'll design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that provide meaningful insight into business performance.

Working with stakeholders across multiple departments, you'll gather reporting requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver reporting that meets business needs while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and governance.

You’ll also support the development and maintenance of SQL Server databases, ETL processes and data integrations, ensuring information flows efficiently across business systems. Alongside this, you'll help manage the governance, validation and maintenance of master data, working collaboratively with teams across the business to improve consistency and data quality.

As part of our ongoing digital transformation, you'll contribute to continuous improvements in reporting, automation and data management processes, helping to shape the future of Business Intelligence within Finsbury Food Group.

Your success will be measured through the quality and reliability of reporting solutions, improvements in data integrity, stakeholder satisfaction, successful project delivery, and your contribution to driving better business decisions through data.

Ideally this is you!
  • 1–2 years' experience in a Business Intelligence, Reporting or Data Development role.
  • Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports.
