Operations Specialist – Mail & Courier Services

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support the efficient delivery of Mail, Courier, and Inserting services. You will coordinate daily workflows, maintain service and quality standards, operate specialized equipment, assist clients, and provide supervisory support when assigned.

• Coordinate assigned mail, courier, and inserting workflows to meet service deadlines.
• Operate and help maintain equipment, software, and related devices.
• Apply standard operating procedures, quality controls, and internal control requirements.
• Communicate with clients, the General Post Office, and external courier providers.
• Investigate operational queries and complete required logs and daily reports.
• Support staff scheduling, service monitoring, and team oversight when assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of operations experience.
• Expert knowledge of at least three relevant operations disciplines, with general knowledge of the others.
• Familiarity with postal operations, General Post Office regulations, and bonded courier services.
• Strong computer, communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information, work in a fast-paced environment, and work overtime when required.
