Primary Janitor at Coast Concrete Services

Hours:
20 hours per week.
Work Pattern:
Week 1 – Monday to Wednesday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm;
Week 2 – Thursday and Friday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, plus 3 hours contracted overtime weekly 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm to cover school lets.
Hourly Rate: £14.02 – £14.33 per hour.

Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager, Head of Establishment/Lessee and team members to ensure customer needs are met daily.
- Log, monitor and report all damage/faults related to building fabric and fixtures.
- Coordinate with external contractors and lessees, ensuring all Health and Safety and security procedures are followed.
- Report any issues to the line manager and maintain safety of staff and visitors.
- Maintain unit grounds in a safe and tidy order, free from dangerous articles, ensuring the health and safety of staff and visitors.
