  • Manage and challenge the region to continually improve, by implementing operational change to process optimise the administrative processes within the confines of the systems utilised.
  • Set the example in good client management, looking after a book of key Scottish clients.
  • Train and develop junior members of the team across servicing and sales.
  • Help build framework for continued growth and talent development.
