Facilities Supervisor at Mourant

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Facilities professional to join our team!

Acting as a key point of contact for Facilities matters, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, leading on maintaining high standards, managing small projects, engaging suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring processes and procedures are robust, up to date and consistently applied across jurisdictions.

You’ll bring proven Facilities Management experience, including people management, along with effective organisational and communication skills and a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach. Comfortable working on your own initiative, you’ll be confident using business systems, willing to travel as required, and ready to collaborate closely with senior Facilities colleagues to support a consistent, high‑quality service across Mourant.
