Position: Production Operator (Permanent)
Production Operator - Larkhall

Salary: £25,480 annually
Overtime Rates: £18.38 & £24.50 per hour

We're looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our team in Larkhall within the Paint Shop department.

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring parts are manufactured to exact specifications and meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Configuring production equipment to meet specific requirements for each part, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Handling large automotive parts - placing them onto frames for production or removing them after painting and drying.
Conducting visual inspections at various stages to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
Monitoring machine performance, making minor adjustments to maintain consistency and quality.
Using computer systems to track production data and maintain accurate records.
