You'll be responsible for keeping a complex, high-hazard site safe and compliant, but the scope goes well beyond traditional HSE. What the role involves:

• Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and company standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Leading hazard identification, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
• Managing incident investigations and driving sustainable corrective actions
• Developing and delivering HSE training, building a proactive safety culture at all levels
• Designing and executing continuous improvement plans using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
