Pay: £15.00 per hour, plus overtime paid at enhanced rates

Hours:

Continental shift pattern - 12-hour day and night shifts, 7 shifts across a 14-day period

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating production machinery and working as part of a team to produce high-quality automotive parts
Monitoring machine performance and making minor adjustments when required
Carrying out detailed visual quality inspections at various stages of production
Recording production data accurately to support performance monitoring
Packing and preparing finished goods ready for shipment
Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and quality

What We're Looking For

A solid work history and positive, can-do attitude
Experience in quality inspection, production, manufacturing or a fast-paced environment OR transferable skills from another industry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in an active environment
Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work
Willingness to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a continental pattern
